Sri Anugrah Narayan Singh College, Motihari, formerly known as S.A.N.S College, was established in 1980 with the noble aim of spreading higher education among the students of Motihari and its nearby areas.

The college has permanent affiliation from Bihar School Examination Board (B.S.E.B), Patna for Intermediate (+2) education. The unique college code provided by B.S.E.B, Patna is 34067.

The institution offers co-education in Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. It is located in Motihari block of East Champaran district, Bihar. Hindi is the primary medium of instruction in the college.

The academic session begins in April every year. The college strictly follows the admission and examination guidelines as prescribed by B.S.E.B, Patna.
